My husband does NOT like them, but we kept hearing about these baked chips & had to check them out …so may I present:
These are delicious! Try them at your next meal and comment if you’ve become a fan.
Plus, I’m not a cook by any means.. And these are seriously easy to make.
Slice one sweet potato into thin slivers, and place on a foil-covered baking sheet.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, sprinkle of Himalayan salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, flipping over halfway.
Enjoy these tasty guys with fish or lean meat, and a side of steamed vegetables. (Oh, and the husband gave 2 thumbs up). So good!
